Chair Yoga by Elena

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that can be done while seated or standing, using a chair for support. Imagine improving your flexibility, concentration, balance, and strength… while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.  This practice also incorporates mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises similar to traditional yoga.  All props provided.
