You can email the application to milford.library@lib.de.us and mail/drop off check but please note that any emailed form (request) without payment will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  • $100.00 for Half-Day (4 Hours)
  • $200.00 for Full-Day (8 hours)

Other non-profit Organizations (with copy of 501C), Government Agencies

  • $50.00 for Half Day (4 Hours)
  • $100.00 for Full Day (8 Hours)

  • Business sales meetings/events may not be advertised to general public
  • Parking for all participants in lot across from the Library on Front Street
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the building
  • Furniture may be rearranged but must be put back as found upon conclusion of event
  • A fee will be charged if facility if not left as found

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Restrooms: A key will be designated to you.

  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No taping to walls or furniture

Renter Provides Supplies:

  • Food
  • Paper Products, utensils, etc.
  • Equipment not listed for room (see types of rooms)

Renter Responsible for Clean Up:

  • Room furnishings must be returned to original arrangement
  • Trash removed (Trash bins provided outside near “staff” door in West lot)
  • No custodial service is available
  • A fee will be charged if facility is not left as found

  • Cancellations must be made one week in advance of the reserved date and time. Fees will not be refunded if cancellations made less than one week in advance. In the case of no-shows, future use of the room may be denied.
  • Future use of the room, including reservations that have already been scheduled, will be denied until fees are pay.
  • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen events which requires the library to close during a scheduled room rental, a credit will be granted on the room.
