Be sure to read all instructions before making an appointment to be sure that you have everything you will need.
- Valid photo ID
- The document that you are having notarized, filled out and completed without signatures and dates
- Payment.
- You must be accompanied by any other individuals who will be signing, also with their valid photo IDs.
Information:
- The library can provide up to 2 witnesses.
- We charge $5.00 per document.
- We accept cash and credit cards as payment methods.
- Checks are only accepted for payments of $10.00 or more.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time-slot. We reserve the right to cancel appointments.
- View appointment calendar or call ahead Monday – Friday to ensure notary will be available.
