Yoga at the Library

Join us for a series of Full Gentle Yin Yoga sessions.

Unwind with gentle stretching, breathing techniques and restorative yoga that promote rest and healing so you feel more grounded and equipped to meet the waves of life.

All levels are welcome!

  • The instructor will demo this class for all poses, encouraging all beginners to join in!
  • Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
  • If you practice with blocks or straps, please bring them.
  • We will have a few extra blocks and mats if needed.
