Make an appointment with a Notary!
Be sure to read all instructions before making an appointment to be sure that you have everything you will need.
Please bring a valid photo ID; the document that you are having notarized, filled out and completed without signatures and dates; and payment. You must be accompanied by any other individuals who will be signing, also with their valid photo IDs. The library can provide up to 2 witnesses. We charge $5.00 per document. We accept cash and credit cards as payment methods. Checks are only accepted for payments of $10.00 or more. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved timeslot. We reserve the right to cancel appointments.
