Be sure to read all instructions before making an appointment to be sure that you have everything you will need.

• Please bring a valid photo ID
• You must be accompanied by any other individuals who will be signing, also with their valid photo IDs. The library can provide up to 2 witnesses.
• The document that you are having notarized, filled out and completed without signatures and dates
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time-slot. We reserve the right to cancel appointments.
• Bring Payment. We charge $5.00 per document. We accept cash and credit cards as payment methods. Checks are only accepted for payments of $10.00 or more.
